I love Mai, she does an amazing job every time. I recommend her, I'm picky with my nails and she gets it right the 1st time every time. I never have to ask her to fix anything.

Asked for a simple design and she had to do it over about 10x and still didnt do it right. I sat there for hours. Over chargr for gel nails. False advertisement

It's been over 6 years since I've had my nails done and my best friend was getting married so I was so excited to be her maid of honor and therefore I was told to go to Hawaii Nails. My experience was fine but as soon as I left town for the Wedding the next day I noticed almost all my nails started lifting. I feel it's very unacceptable considering how much they charge you!! I came back into town the next morning for my surgery. I was resting my first day but I did leave a voicemail but I never received a call back. I had to call back again this morning only to hear it's been too late and she can't do anything. I have pictures of my horrible nails and I will never go there again!!! Please don't go there if you want your nails to last more than 3 days, they're completely unprofessional and shouldn't be doing business if they can't fix their customers concerns!
