First timer. Liked my experience with Paul. Plus points: nice location, lots of staff, lots of service stations. Minuses: it's so busy and noisy that it's hard to enjoy your experience. They don't have a wide array of trendy colors. I don't know if the pedicure chairs massage or not.

We had a long wait so I went to get my book while leaving my daughter to wait. When I got back my daughter was getting her nails done and I thought wow, this is great a shorter wait than we expected. However, I was not next and they told me there were 15 people ahead of me which would be a forty five minute wait. I wasn't going to wait as my daughter and I wanted to get our nails done together. I paid for the services my daughter received and left. I will not return to this establishment.
Thank you for your reply. However, what you said is not true. My name was not called as the manager said he took my daughter out of order as as a favor to her without consideration for us.

It's more like a nail factory than a nail spa. The goal is clearly to get as many people in and out as quickly as possible. And that shows in the artistry, attention to detail, and service.
If you're in a rush and need your nails done quickly, Anthony Vince will do. However, if you want to feel a bit pampered, actually enjoy the advertised "massages", and not feel like cattle being herded through the nail factory, I'd suggest you'd find an actual spa.

I am a cosmetologist and wanted to treat myself to a pedicure. It was just lunch time when I came in and the garbage cans at stations were over flowing. The table you dry your toes at was FULL used flip flops and toe separators that needed to be emptied.
The pedicure itself hurt by the manicurist. Pushing too hard on my cuticles and cutting my big toe too short hurting it in filing. He was also upset I was not getting a gel polish. I prefer to change colors out myself in between so opted to skip this time. He did not do two coats of color and layered on the base and top coats without letting them even dry a little.
Awful experience and really dirty place.
