WENT IN FOR A FACIAL WAX CAME OUT FIRT DEGREE BURNS!!!
I wouldn't even give this place one star! They are horrible. Don't care about their customers at all! I went in for a full facial was (as I have done many times in my life before). In the beginning it was just like any other wax but then I began to tell her the wax was too hot! (Angel) She completely disregarded what I said first a couple times. Then I asked her to lower the temp or blow on the wax while applying (as most people do during waxing services) she also did not do that! All she said at the end was your almost done. When she applied the aloe at the end I knew it burned more on the areas that I was complaining about but I was in a rush and left. Next day I woke up with scars of first-degree burns. I went back asking for a refund or partial refund, and she denied it completely. Angel acted like she didn’t even perform the services. Luckily my husband was with me the whole time and was a witness. She still refused to apologize and give us a refund. We made a police report and cancelled the payment through the CC company. I would never ever recommend anyone go there for any service. They are horrible. NEVER AGAIN!

They used to respect appointments, not anymore! What is the point to schedule a time and a staff if you have to wait 30 min for your appointment because someone without an appointment walked though 2 min before? :( I find this so disrespectful towards customers. Will try to find another place close to my home.

I've only been in for brows, but I always feel welcome. Angel does my eyebrows and they always end up great. She has good attention for detail. Im done in 5 minutes without any appointment.

I just moved here from California and I was referred by my friend Michelle. Don’t be alarmed by the negative surveys. I had a guy that was rude but asked to switch immediately Miscommunication with price. Thank God I got Tori! Great work, pleasant and professional. She Does lashes also. Nice Place and great prices!
The owner greeted me. Very nice and professional. I will return. Destiny :)
