I was greeted when I walked through the door and asked how I was which has never happened at any other salon I've been to. He took his time doing my nails and made sure that I liked how they were looking each time he did something. The place that originally put my nails on just slapped everything on and I was not happy with how they looked so I knew I would be going somewhere else to get them fixed. This was my first time here and I know I have found my new salon.

I will never return to this place again. My first experience was great. Yes my feet were dry with thick skin but the gentlemen never complained. He did a fantastic job and I tipped him 5.00 dollars. A month later I went back. Yes my feet were dry once again. The lady who performed my pedicure this time gave me dirty looks and huffed and puffed cause my feet were so dry. She stated I needed to come back every two weeks. She never once said anything about what I can do at home for daily care on my feet. Instead, she was just upset and rude to me. When I got home I had to google how to treat dry thick skin feet. It worked! Why she could not give me any advice, I have not a clue. A week later after the pedicure I ended up with an ingrown toenail because of how she cut it. So now I am having to see a podiatrist to cut out the ingrown toenail. I have not had an ingrown toe nail since I was really young. Again, will not go back and be treated the way I was treated.

I've been getting my nails done here for a decade. Everyone is fantastic, especially Mai. I would recommend Mai to everyone but I'd like to keep my appointment times open! :)

So I do not recommend ever going to get your nails done at Attractive nails in Hermitage. I wanted ombré nails and the said dip powder would be the best to do it, to get the look I wanted. Every color I picked out they said wouldn’t look good as ombré and pretty much gave me a few colors to choose from. I told her the shape I wanted and she did what she wanted and then when completing my nails it did not look like ombré, it looked like I needed a fill in because the base color was so close to the color of my real nails you could only see the other color towards the tip and she took almost 3 hours. During this time she had me holding my arms up in her face and kept trying to have me prop my arms on a paper towel rolls or a plastic jar and I was very uncomfortable and couldn’t see what she was really doing with the lamp in my face. I was sooo ready to leave. Before we began I did ask how much to remove them when it came time. I was told it would cost $10. When looking at cost of dip powder it said $45 and up, not thinking it would be much more, boy was I wrong it was $65 now this did include my fake tips but I only needed 8 and she charged me for 10. I came back today and had them removed because after one week one broke!! Very upset, when dip powder nails is done correctly it last almost three weeks. Also my nails do not grow fast at all and when walking in before I said anything she was saying I needed a fill in...really?? Because I just had them done. Bad work and took every dollar they could get from me. I got them removed and guess what? She charged me $15 and said she told me wrong and I argued and reminded her of already over charging me before and she said okay and then still ran my card for $15 and said that’s what her manger told her to do 😡. She didn’t care and even though I did not agree to pay that amount. I had to sign the slip and just screw it and will never go back. You have been warned.
