Can’t Do A Fill-In Worth Of Nothing!! The Lady That Did My Nails Keep Talking, Looking In Any Direction But At My NAILS. She Keep Cutting Me With The Drill And Never ONCE Said Sorry And Now I Have 3 Cuts On My Fingers. I Asked For 2 Nail Colors And Only Recieved One. When She Was Filling In My Nails They Were Very Thick And Not Even!! She Had To Replace One Nail And It Doesn’t Look Like The Others. The Lady Even Knew She Did A Bad Job Cause Everyone Was Looking At Them And She Had Went Over To “Try” And Fix It But It Aint Work, Then On Top Of That I Had To Pay FULL Price And They Had The Audacity To Ask For A Tip!!! Don’t EVER Wanna Go Back .

Now why would you tell me to come in the next day for eyelash app and I’ve been waiting for 2 hours!!! 3 people aren’t busy and they looking at me like I’m crazy. Took everything in me not to cuss these disrespectful beings out! I WILL NEVER come here again. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. Get out my face‼️

They are great. They have gotten me in right away every time and the ladies (Irene and Jenny) have such attention to detail that I will be going back. They take their time to make sure that my nails are done correctly and my eyebrows as well.

The wait was crazy. There weren't enough chairs or space for that matter for the amount of people. The guy I ended up with looked like there was anywhere else he wanted to be. When he did my manicure he was very concerned when the paint got on his hand and would stop to clean it off thoroughly. However, he did not treat my nails with the same care. When he shaped my nails he didn't pull back the pads of my fingers and was scraping them with the emory board (they're still healing). Then before they finish the manicure they stop and tell you to pay. I understand why they might do it but it was new to me. My nails didn't look bad but the experience left me wanting.
