I love this business...owners are very cordial. Everyone there speaks English so I'm not sure what the language barrier would be. They speak to each other in their native language but always English to their customers. The price is great for the service they provide. I recommend everyone to Premier Nails in Fairlawn!!

I go out of my way to have my nails done here. The polish lasts for weeks, and everyone knows my name...they knew my name after just a couple of visits. All of the technitions, are great and they have a wonderful sugar pedi.

They did a foot massage after some intense workouts and helped me so much

Today I asked in there to get polish change on 2 operators and neither acted as if they wanted to service me. Not sure sure if it was because i was black or wat. I just walked out. They don't even deserve the 1 I gave them.

I came in and was not greeted at all, but watched numerous people come in afterwards and they were greeted. I sat and waited for 40 MINUTES with no word from any employee, with multiple guests who came in after me being told to come back. Not aware if they had appointments or not, but still the lack of respect was absolutely ridiculous. Finally got told to come back, then the technician was told by another technician that she had an appointment waiting. So she walked away. At that point I left. Never been somewhere so unprofessional and flat out stupid. Do NOT go here.
