I had been going to this place to get my nails done for about 2 to 3 months. The last time I went I got a gel manicure, the person did not do the complete service they offer for a gel manicure but I still paid them. Hours latter, next day, morning my nails were chipped and horrible, I went back and showed her my nails, I expected that she is going to do my nails again, but not, she told me that my nails were thin and if I want to remove the remaining gel polish from my nails I have to pay her 15$ more, I told her that I’m not going to pay more because that wasn’t my fault, my nails weren’t be thing but anyway she didn’t give me a refund neither just a gift certificate for a gel manicure and I left. I did my nails again in other place and there are beautiful. I did not recommend this place anymore because they don’t warranty their job.

I love this place and my toes always come out great. The place is clean. Seats are comfortable💖

My daughter and I chose this place b/c it was close to our hotel. We don't have a habit of getting manicures or pedicures so I have only one experience to compare this to and that was at a Salon and Day Spa - different atmosphere.
We were there on a Saturday about 11:30, there were a few other customers but it wasn't busy. We walked in and were tended to promptly.
My teenage daughter and I both got the basic pedicure. I got a basic manicure, she got gel (about $8 more). We were there a little over an hour.
Pros: the staff were friendly and kind and I was charged exactly what I expected for what I received(no tricks tried). I was offered an upgrade but when I declined, I was not pressured. Our nails look nice.
Cons: Remember, my experience in this is limited but I did call/browse around before we went in here. It seems like their prices are comparable to what some seemingly more upscale spas are charging. And I didn't feel like they were as thorough as MY previous experience. Cuticles still very visible,
All in all, it wasn't a bad experience, they seem to be taking precautions to keep things sanitary, they were pleasant and our nails are done. I'm just not impressed. You could do better for the price but you could do way worse.

Had my nails done one day ago and they are chipped in 5 spots. I paid $45 and they were destroyed after a day.

I’ve gone here a couple times despite the fact i wait over 30 minutes each time even with a appointment. But the last time i’m overly disappointed, i asked for coffin purple matte color. One of my nails had broke that morning so i called and asked if i could get in and she rushed through my nails and i told her multiple times the nail she fixed was longer than all the others and she just filed it down and i kept telling her. After the 5th time i just accepted it wasn’t going to it any better. I have pictures from when they were first done to the second day with the nails. Over all very disappointed.
