Chin is the best manicurist in town. She works attention-to-detail. I am not into gentle work and Chin has a little more agression in her work. Just be prepared to feel the pressure at times. She takes her time, which I appreciate, and this place is definitely fairly-priced. Sometimes they're very busy so expect to wait a little but the staff are pretty cool people.

Went here three different times.
First time, service was great, price was spot on.
Second time, service was great but they overcharged me for a full set, pedicure and eyebrow waxing.
Third time, service was ok. Tried to charge me 25 dollars for a 15 dollar fill. When I questioned the price, the guy decided it was 20 dollars for a gel top coat (even though I had white tips from previous service) and did not ask me if I wanted gel top coat. He just put it on. I will definitely go elsewhere for now on.

After being told a gel fill was $20, I was told it would be $30, plus I would be charged for a different nail shape?! I wanted to go from a sqaure to coffin shape. I was cut to the point of bleeding, and their polish does not match the swatch colors. After picking out a burgundy red the color came out pink! Hot pink. I spoke up and had another employee over my shoulder like a hawk. I can't believe how horrible my experience was here, the only reason I am giving 2 stars is for the service my boyfriend received, his manicure was great and he was treated to a hand massage and cuticle oil, and so was the lady next to me getting a gel fill! Of course after voicing my problems I didn't receive the same treatment. It's safe to say I will not be coming back!

I went here last month to get my eyebrows done. I asked her just to clean it them up and not to make them too thin. The wax was extremely hot. She actually got wax in my hair and didn't even do anything about it, she also left wax all over the area of my brows and left many stray eyebrow hairs. She was extremely rough with me and I actually started bleeding a bit. My eyebrows came out too thin and oddly shaped. Worst waxing experience I've encountered, I was brought to tears with the wax in my hair, wax left over, blood and poorly shaped brows. Never returning.
