Since Kevin’s left the quality has gone down so much. I went in and got charged an extra 20 dollars for “designs” on my nails all I had done was black tips. The lady should have suggested clear nails with black tips wouldn’t look great unless I did a new set since you could see my nails under badly. I left not thrilled about my nails called back and got in again to get them fixed. The next guy did just painted over what she did didn’t remove any polish. It all chipped and a nail started lifting 4 days after I had them filled. Then I went in same guy fixed two of my nails and took of my polish did black with a matte coat. The tips were uneven and lumpy with polish. They looked HORRIBLE. And me being nice I tipped anyway I recognize I am taking up time in his chair to keep coming back. I went back in he said it’s the way they dry or the polish moved. He “fixed” them and they still looked terrible!now I’m at home the thumb nail coat starts peeling and my thumb nail lifted completely. I had to remove the nail myself since it was barely hanging on. I won’t go back to have them redone. I will take the loss and go somewhere new. when Kevin ran the place I never had any issues when he did my nails I LOVED EVERY SET. If a new set was needed then I would happily taken this suggestion but I only had two fills on this set I normally was able to fill them a few times. I’m just so disappointed.

My daughters first homecoming and we chose Kevin Nails today. She came with a picture of the nail design on her phone and she got exactly what she asked for! They did a fabulous job, explained the different types of nail polishes to her, super friendly.. we will definitely be back. Thank you for helping her feel beautiful on her special day!

Charged me $80.00 to do my nieces nails. She's 9 years old... (35 full set, 10 no chip, and apparent 35+ for.... the design?) Got you an up close photo of her design for emphasis. When I questioned the excessive price she insisted it was 80.00. To avoid making my niece feel uncomfortable about the amount of money I was spending for her nails I didn't push and RESPECTFULLY still gave her a tip as I've taught my niece to do when getting services done.
Waited till my niece was no longer with me and called the police to see how u should proceed. They told me to call the shop first to see about a resolution since their pricing is clearly stated on their sheets. Called them and no one answered. Week try again tinnitus and Evanston if there is no resolution.
Positively don't recommend this place.

This is the FOURTH nail salon I’ve been to in Bloomington, they all suck EXCEPT this one. Miss Hellen soaked off my ugly ones and hooked me up in a timely manner. And I absolutely love them!! I even told my two girls to come here!! I got mother of pearl crome nails, they are very pretty and even!! Good job ❤️

I like this place a lot, the people are friendly and the environment is calm. I wanted to get these acrylics for my birthday, Tiffany did them for me and they were exactly what I wanted. The prices are good here and they are always clear and honest about price and quality. All their recommendations so far have been on point and accurate.
