First of all, the owner didn't even greet me. I asked for Gel nails and she put the gel substance on my nails and didn't paint them! When I asked why she didn't paint my nails she rudely said it was extra! I was like what?????? I could not believe it! Needless to say I left there as I had no time left being I had to get to my next appointment. Two of the gel nails fell of the next day! I will NEVER step foot here again. When I called to tell them about my nails falling I asked the Latin girl if the Asian lady was the owner and she said she "didn't know" but how not? She works there how will you not know who owns the place? They are clearly not licensed...Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

The owner was so serious that she made me feel I was not welcome there, I will try not to go back

Borderline clean and barely friendly. Owner allows unlicensed pedicure girls to provide services alone in the shop. Stay away

So rude and overcharged me, acted like she couldn't speak English and hung up on phone with me. When we went to checkout she yelled at me.i even called her twice to ask if she could do the dip powder and then get there and she says they don't have it? I called to let her know when I would be there and was beyond rude and gave me such poor customer service. While she was giving me gel the light was disgustingly dirty and burnt me and she didn't even care or show any sympathy. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN AND HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO COME HERE
