I scheduled an appointment at 6 pm for a shellac manicure. I showed up 15 minutes early in hopes they could see me sooner. They greeted me politely and I said I had a 6pm shellac manicure appointment. The only thing that was said to me was, you're early. I wasn't aware that being early was a problem. I said I was aware and came early in hopes they could see me sooner, if not, no big deal. I sat there for an hour after that without anyone looking at me or saying a word. They were busy, I understand that, and maybe I should have said something, however, I had a scheduled appointment at 6 and at 615 they had a free technician. I thought for sure it was my turn. Still, no one said a word even though I was sitting there patiently waiting. I walked out and will never go back.

I love the ladies at Saigon nails and Tammy does the best nails I've had in a very long time. She is one of the best !!!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. You will want to stay away from Saigon Nails if you want your nails done. They will RIP off your old ones, taking most of your real nails with it. Then they will be so thick you can't do anything with them. But worst of all they will RIP YOU OFF and charge you a fortune for your nails and not tell you how much it will cost until it is time to pay. It was the worst nail experience I have ever had and I have been getting nails done for many years. Stay away from Saigon!

The girls here are wonderful! A great place to walk in and get a Mani- Pedi. My nails have always come out looking 100% top notch.
