Love the nails, love both ladies and the atmosphere is like old friends getting together. Very accommodating if/when you need to change your appointment. I refuse to go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

AWFUL costumer service. I called in wanting acrylic and was told they don't do those. Instead they do precise nails. I asked what those where and she told me to look on their Facebook page.She didn't even take the time to explain to me on the phone. I called at 12:55 and she asked me to be there at 1:00. I obviously could not make it in five minutes so she told me to "get here ASAP" and hung up. I then called back to see if I could add a service, she then and I quote said "okay chop chop" and hung up. INCREDIBLY rude. I usually give people the befit of the doubt, but when you are in the service industry, there needs to be a sense of costumer service and professionalism...clearly this woman has neither. I cancelled my appointment and went to luxury nails instead. Much better choice!

Horrible horrible looking nails and service! She doesn't do acrilic nails, instead she glues some fake nails on and paints over them. The paint did not last long. The overall appointment to get my nails done lasted well over an hour. She wouldn't give me any type of refund. Very unsatisfied, go somewhere else with your business.

As always my nails look beautiful. Nicky does a fabulous job. I love going to my appointment because they make me feel special each time.

I went in here with my two granddaughters. My oldest (10 yrs.) was really wanting some nail addition (precision nails). The owner, Debbie) was so nice and very honest, explaining to my granddaughter how she really is too young to go to that extreme and all the processes that she would need to do to keep it up. She managed to kindly convince her that she would be much happier, at this time, to just have a buff and polish. My granddaughter was thrilled coming out of there with beautiful nails a little while later. :-) We went back the next day with my youngest granddaughter (6 yrs. ). She came out with a huge smile on her face, beautiful nails with daisies in the middle of each one. We will definitely be going back. My granddaughters will probably want to go back every time they come to visit grandma!
