I've been going to nail Dept since I was 20 I'm now 40 so I'd say they are pretty awesome. Friendly and helpful staff. Tom and Sandy are just the sweetest ever!

Went there today to get nails done and I had a terrible experience. I’ve been going there for years to get my eye brows done and they are amazing with brows so I thought hey I’ll try to get mine and my family’s nails done too. Wrong idea. Pedicure was done beautifully but my nails were not what I was expecting and I spent well over $100 in that salon. I told the man that my mother in law was not happy wiith her nails as well and that we either wanted a discount or we were not paying at all. He threatened to call the cops all because she stated she was not happy with the experience she had..& it was her wedding day. The way the gentleman handled it could have been better. In a business, you don’t threaten to call the cops when your customers are not happy with the work you performed. The whole situation escalated quickly when it didn’t have too. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back, even for eye brows. You’ve lost me as a customer for good.
