Rude, rude rude. Decent nail job, but no greeting upon entering and no apology when cut and bleeding. Not sure what happened, my first experience with the same person was wonderful. I won't be back, though.

I was asked to pick a color nail polish. I have my own beautiful healthy nails so I did ask for nice manicure, instead I was told negative comments about my nails And she did not even use the color I picked. I will never go back there. Bad customer service. Would not recommend going to this establishment.

I absolutely love Kim's work, she listens to what you want and helps you find the right product for you to use. I would highly recommend Cover Nails!!

This was mine and my sister first time coming to this nail salon and we loved it. Any negative reviews from the past should be ignored it's Under New Management customer service was friendly and they know what there doing. Even when I had messed up when am I nails one of the employees was nice enough to fix it for me no charge :)

My mom has been coming to Cover Nails for two years while Joyce was the owner and manager and LOVED it. Now that Joyce has sold the Business to Kim and Michael, the service has deteriorated. The two of us went for Pedicures and a manicure yesterday. We were greeted by a brusque attitude by Kim and our service was rushed. Within 24 hours, my mother's nail polish peeled off her nails (5 nails have no polish on them). We will not be returning to this nail salon.
