I’ve been going to this place for about three years now and the quality of work and customer service have gone down tremendously. Jake and Nate used to do my nails. Jake disappeared without a word and Nate only gets tossed “the favorites” now. Nate tends to rush now when other nail techs yell at him in their native tongue. You can tell he gets flustered and buckles under pressure - causing his work to be sloppy - and making the service times longer. Lumpy nails, crooked, different shapes... yuck. Henry now does my nails and is absolutely amazing at his job! Wouldn’t trade him for anything... but that establishment is trash now. They don’t take appointments (even though they say Yes when you ask if they take appointments over the phone and “schedule you for your time”) and will literally help everyone before you. It’s a madhouse. The stations are not clean, nails bits and powder all over. I’ve seen nothing sanitized unless by Henry or Jake - not once. The girl with the red hair (it’s faded and growing out now) is NOT friendly. She’s more concerned with gossip and squeezing in customers than she is with doing quality work. She’s messed up my eyebrows THREE TIMES and each time I’ve had to correct her and it takes her 3+ tries to fix them. She’s on her phone with her feet up when I sit waiting for service. No one mentioned “closing early” when they’re not even busy... it’s a mess. Henry, I’m sorry, but I refuse to put my dollars into a place that doesn’t care for its employees and customers.

I love coming here. The staff is fantastic and they do an amazing job. My only issue is that they do not offer appointments. Unless you arrive just as soon as they open, plan on waiting more than an hour to just get a seat to get a fill in. I have had to go other places because I often just simply don’t have time to wait over an hour. I think if they offered appointments as well as walk-ins it would be a much better situation for those of us that have jobs and other things to do than sit in a nail salon half of the day.

Every time I have went to this nail salon I had a great experience!! I was happy with the results of my nails every time I get them done there, and they were always so nice! I cannot wait to go back! 🙂

the one that did my nails did them so thin !!! two days after getting the done , 4 of them broke. she fillled them for at least 40 mins and made them so thin. she asked who did them before like she could do a better job ! will definitely be my last time

My first visit and it was amazing! Made it a great girls day for me and my baby girl 🥰🥰
