Wish I could give 0 stars. Made an appointment for saturday on Thursday for sns nails. Got there and they tried saying that there were no nail technitions there today who do sns. I knew she was lying because there was a technition in the corner doing sns nails on another client. She wasn't too happy when I pointed that out. Then she tried telling me I didn't even make an appointment. After trying to reason with her for ten minutes I told her to just forget it. Rude service, save your time and go anywhere but here.

Went in to get a full set for mothers day..... had a woman named Lan work on my nails. Told her what I wanted and she said she we should do it differently. I didn't agree she ended up doing it her way. The busier they got the sloppier her work got. Trying to rush me out the door. Regretted ever agreeing to letting her do the gel. my 5 year old could have done them better.
