I really like this place but the guy did my nails and he was very aggressive and seemed mad at me for some reason. My nails are uneven in length and crooked. He also made my cuticles bleed and my fingers so sore I couldn't bend them. He also instead of pushing my cuticles back or cutting them, he just used the machine to grind them off. He never said sorry and hardly said anything except "go pick a color" every time I get a pedicure there they always skip steps that are supposed to be included in the pedicure I want

Don't waste your time making an appointment. They don't staff enough people to accommodate appointments plus add the walk-ins. I will not go back. While I was there, two more people came in who had appointments and were told they would have a wait. One woman told them no she wouldn't wait and she would never return as this happens to every time. They work on 2 to 3 people at a time so plan on being there a couple of hours. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

If I could put less than a one I would. I brought my girlfriend here to get her nails done and stuff when I see alot of tools in sanitation bags that aren't ready to be used since the sanitation process isnt conplete enough to turn the color black or whatever. Not only was the sanitation process for tools not properly done but there was some tools on their desks not even in those bags or didnt even look clean at all. This place is unsanitary and the people there don't know what theyre doing.

AWESOME! Had a 45 min wait but Ling Ling made up for it with service. She gave me the BEST pedicure of my life (and I'm 71 years young). Can't wait for my next appt.

I had a manicure and pedicure done and they would not buff my nails instead of clear polish was very disappointed
