I had been going to New Nails and spa for years. Lately, the customer service is awful and product subpar. Lately I have had to return within a day or two to get my gel polish redone as it began to lift off of 6 nails in whole nail chunks. Upon returning, the management disregarded my comments and told me to wait for tye tech. The tech became irritated with me but agreed to redo them. As she began to resp them she saw something was wrong with the product. She told me to switch to S&S but charges me $5 to remove and $5 to switch to S&S. She placed my hand in a soak and proceeded to go on to her next patron making me wait 45 minutes. Then she and the others began to talk about it and laugh in their native language. VERY RUDE environment. I will not return and advise others in the area to do rhe same.

Ladies do not, and repeat, do not waste your money on this crappy place! The young man I went to with glasses and Gray streaks in his hair, totally jacked up my nails and halfway did my pedicure! He tried to charge me for a deluxe pedicure but giving me basic service, I called him out and refuse to pay the deluxe price! He thought because it was my first time coming there that I didn't know better! I would never return to this place, please do not waste your time or money here!

I have been going here since new nails was owned by Kim and located next door to American Deli. I will never return after my experience with the manager today . They disregard your technician request , and have poor communication with their customers. I sat and waited over an hour and the owner essentially told me it was my fault cause he assumed I was waiting on a ride ? After I asked him why he didn’t check with me earlier to correct this assumption , his energy and tone became negative. And as I stated to him he began acting like an ass. After I tried to return to understand again , how the establishment was operating he continued to be aggressive and rude, which was reciprocated , given I had wasted my time waiting and his lack of acknowledging his fault, until my concerns were no longer of interest to him stating that “he was done” and walked off.

Don’t go here They suck.. the font desk guy Witherspoon the blonde highlights is a idiot. Got my nails done nails started lifting with in a week and they wanted to just glue it back down. I asked them to remove the acrylic because I had a overlay and my nails are long and it would cause my whole nail to break he said it would cost me five dollars. The technician was not listening to me at all he tried to remove acrylic halfway and try to apply New acrylic

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
The work done is amazing (by Janet and Renee only), but the customer service Kim (the owner) provides is terrible. She has a terrible attitude,she is very rude, and impatient. I cannot stand the fact that every time I come in to relax she has to say something smart, and thinks that smiling with my child makes up for the bs she says to me. The most unprofessional woman I have ever met. She is Alllllll about he money and not the respect. Never going back again!!!!
