First time there, went in for a simple wax. Pointed to the areas I wanted waxed and she waxed those area s as well as huge areas around it. NO. I had already mentioned I didn't have much time (plus I don't like to mess with things/risk creating a problem where there isn't one). I eventually spoke up and asked her to please just do the small area...she smiled and still did a large area but faster. Then when she was done, she did that little reapplying the used wax strip to already waxed areas thing, at least 3 times. I had redness in certain areas and I'm sure that re-applying helped to cause the sores that occurred. The price was very cheap, sure (and I tipped, which I shouldn't have), but I'd rather pay double for someone who can understand and respect a BASIC request and be careful with my skin (which scars easily). Sorry, I have no idea what her name was...i suggest you just don't go at all.
