I walked into the salon and asked for acrylics , someone shouted “ we don’t do those ?” And then dismissed me, I assume hoping I would leave .. I then asked for a powder dip and patiently waited 30 minutes ( no problem at all ). When we sat down she went right to it and then said “this will be $85 just so you know” .. which I thought was absolutely insane, but she already started her work so I dishearteningly agreed. It took 1.5 hours just for the nails - not including the 30 minutes I waited... I asked for shorter nails with some length, I walked out with the longest claws you have ever seen ( when I kept asking her to shorten them she said to be patient the end result will be much different). Every single coworker/ friend laughed at my nails as they were absolutely ridiculous- not to mentioned chipped within two days. I still tipped 20% and paid WAY more than I should have but I can not stress how important it is for you to NOT go here. I was taken advantage of completely.

I got dip nails without tips and they were done really well, and my tech was super friendly and took her time, but when I was told it would be $60 I was surprised. Talking to some of my friends, their dip nails at other places were usually $40-ish. I love how they turned out, but I wouldn’t pay $60 to get them again.

For removal and dip, the total cost was $60, which is a lot more than what I am used to ($45). I didn't mind paying more because, in my mind, that means a higher quality product. I've been to quite a few nail salons in the past, and this was the most expensive and worst quality I've experienced. After a few days, two chipped, my nail stayed intact, but the dip chipped off. Now a little less than two weeks later, 4 of my nails have chipped. Usually, I can get my dip manicure to last me three weeks or more, but this product does not seem as durable. To top it off my nails were all shaped unevenly, and I had to fix them once I got home. Although it was a bad experience, and I will not be going back, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to remove my old dip.
