I had a great experience! The man I had was super gentle with my feet and the place was very sanitary. They spoke in English so we could have conversations and joked a lot. I really needed my nails done and I got more than I bargained for. I would definitely recommend this place out of all the nail salons in Cheyenne.

If I could give zero stars I would! This is my first negative review EVER but they are horrible the lady was really aggressive and rude and she was more concerned about talking to other employees than her customers. She only talked to me when she made fun of me. She would stop doing my nails to talk to her employees. It was only two customer and they had four workers and two of them were sitting and playing on their phone there is no reason customer service should not have been the main focus. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

If I could do zero stars for this nail salon, I would. I’ve been going to this place for about two months now and their customer service is the absolute worst. The owner has yelled at me 3 times and even made another employee cry while she was doing my nails. This place should go out of business because of how bad the owner treats not only her customers, but also her employees. I DO NOT recommend.

The staff here are a great team, mostly Billy does my nails, but Katie has done a fantastic job!!! Exactly what I want each and every time!
