I made an appointment for 2:45. I walked in at 2:49 and explained to the guy I was here for an appointment and he was like “oh you’re late, it’s gonna be a wait” very rudely. I asked how long... he said it was going to be an hour. There were two employees working on a mother/daughter. No one else in line. Maybe I would’ve waited if they were nicer. P.s. I was four minutes late cause I ran into giant eagle to get cash to leave a tip.

I walked in and felt very un welcome, as if a man has never walked in a nail salon to get a manicure. The gentleman that works there obviously has some type of weird phobia against doing men’s nails because he made it clear that he would be doing them and that there would be a 30-40 min wait. I honestly just didn’t get it. Let’s just say, I decided to go somewhere else and would never go back to vivid nails again.
