Came in about an hour and a half before closing. It seemed like the pedicure was somewhat rushed. Paid for the "deluxe," because I wanted a foot massage. The majority of the treatments in the deluxe pedicure were applied to my legs; the leg massage wasn't enjoyable, and I didn't receive a foot massage. lt felt like most of the "treatments," are gimmicks. The woman painted my nails, and told me they were dry; they weren't. My nails were ruined by the time I was in the car. They did allow me to come back so they could "fix" the paint; I left with paint on the skin around my nails, but at least they tried to make it right. My 10 year old daughter probably could have painted my nails better, so I expected more for $40 plus tip.

Dana is very sweet and so are all the other people. The pedicures and fake nails were awesome. The only problem is being able to communicate well with many of the staff, otherwise, excellent!

Terrible customer service.. rude people. They act like they can’t speak or understand English but I know they do. Don’t honor appointment times. Don’t waste your time or money. They don’t deserve any stars. I’ll never go back.
