Made an appointment for my daughter to get either gel nails or acrylic nails. When she went in the nail tech did not give her a choice. She wanted her nails done for prom. I was not able to be there with my daughter until 15 minutes later. I thought when I arrived my daughter had chosen the gel. She told me after that the nail tech did not discuss the options before and just told her she was getting the gel. The job was horrible and looked like a 10 year old had done it. We could have done better ourselves. If I could give ZERO STARS ON THE RATING I WOULD.

Haven't even gone in. Parked in the guest parking for cityside plaza, and they tried towing my car. I don't need to deal with their negativity. NEVER GOING TO "CUT LOOSE"!!!

I just received the best cut and color of my life today. Amber did a fantastic job and I could not be any happier. She is fabulous and I recommend her to everyone.
