My friend and I used to get our nails done here a lot but I would highly recommend choosing a different nail salon... they left my nails bumpy and my friend got white but a few days later black spots were appearing on them so she went to get them fixed and they were very rude about it, she said “There’s black dots on my polish but it won’t wash off” and they replied with “well it’s just dirt... and if you don’t like it don’t get white”just very disrespectful in my opinion...

I'm fairly disturbed. Took my teen in for an eyebrow wax and watched them dip, swab on face and redip in the wax tub over and over. The hot wax tub is there used all day ( or more) for everyone who comes in. Not fresh wax for each customer- which would be fine if they used a fresh stick for each dip. They didn't. Gross. I really hope they only do eyebrows , ugh. Otherwise who knows what's been in that wax. She then tweezed the brows and put the tweezers back in the jar she removed them from with several others for using on the next customer. Same with the eyebrow brush/wand. The lady was nice, but I just found it all incredibly unsanitary and unsettling. I'd be terrified to get nails done there if that process is as unsanitary as well. Just asking for a nasty and dangerous infection :(

I go at least once a month for spa-pedi massage and great relaxed atmosphere.
