Waited two hours and just finally got up and left. I saw four people go before me and when I asked why I was told they have Appointments and they supposedly work in the walk-ins. Tee was doing a woman’s nails and also walking back across the room to feed her child I assume who was riding around the entire shop on his tricycle. They are so unprofessional. I will NEVER go back. Will happily take my coins on across the border to Tennessee.

They open at 9:30 but always late and still wait over 2 hours just for them to put u in a chair. Wen ur in a chair they are trying to do 4 people at the same time bouncing back and forth! I’ll never come here again!

I was sitting in the chair to get a pedicure for 30 mins. 3 other lady’s go back and they start their water and get started on their pedicures. Mind you my water has not been even started. NEVER will I be back they are rude and have no customer service!! I pay just like any other Customer does!!

Now they don't answer phone. Mike has always been a good buisness man. Got with Tee n whole attitude/buisness changed. I don't understand why they take appointments. They rude as hell. Just not the same. Changed for the worst. Sorry but not sorry.

Véry poor communication skills & poor quality nails. I had 3 to come loose AND they were going to make me pay to redo them. They DID NOT make me pay because it was their fault when the nails came off. I WILL NOT GO BACK & I SURELY WILL NOT TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE!!!!
