I’ve been coming to this place since I was little with my mom and they never disappoint!! Staff is always so kind and prices are really good!!

Only came because it was the only place with availability. Would only come back if that was the situation again and I was desperate.
My nails look foggy and they didn’t do enough coats so it’s not solid. Not shiny and pretty. No massage with the manicure. Barely a massage with the pedicure. Kind of just a meh place with a meh environment.

I’ve been going to nail love for years! I’ve used different nail techs and had no problems however this last visit I went to get my nails done and they had a Caucasian female I thought no problem I go to a different tech so I’ll give her a chance. Big mistake my nails came out fine and looked great until two days later they all literally popped of as if I had on the press on type nails with nail glue. I went back to get them redone thinking they’d just do them for free because of ho much money I’ve spent in the many years going there and it’s the techs fault but nope... she wanted to charge me 30 dollars... when I originally paid 25 for a fill To fall off two days later... there’s too many nail shops in Fort Wayne I’ll gladly take my business else where
