I took my dad and my girl friend. My dad is 80yrs old and needed his nails trimmed. They did a great job and we had fun. First soaked his feet and then it was easier to trim them

On my 1st visit I gave this place a 5 star review. They seemed to do a great job. On my 2nd visit, however, I got rushed service. My toe got smudged and instead of fixing it, she just painted over it with clear and it looks bad. And got charged extra without being told for gel removal, which was done poorly. I was also pushed for a cash tip almost rudely. It's unfortunate, I thought I'd found a forever place. 😔

First time here and won’t be back. Pretty subpar massage with the pedicure, had to repeatedly ask the women to stop digging at my already short nails and kept saying I didn’t want them to be messed with or trimmed. Didn’t feel as clean as the place I used to go to regularly.

The staff at Liz Nails is wonderful! They always take care of me. When I called tonight, it was close to closing time but got me in and gave me a mani/pedi simultaneously. I was so grateful they were so accommodating. Thank you!

The staff at Liz Nails was so unprofessional. When I was paying at the end of my appointment, I noticed a sign that says they preferred cash tips. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash on me. The associate, Rose, asked if I had cash for a tip, and I told her that I only had my card. She then proceeded to say “use your friends cash for my tip,” as she noticed a friend I was with had cash with her. How unbelievably unprofessional. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the professionalism at Liz. I will not be returning.
