Im giving one star because i obviously cant give ZERO i went in here to get my eyelashes done and the Owner of the shop did them. First off she believes that she is an expert at everything and she did not listen to what or how i wanted them done. Second she had a friend sitting in the room the whole time and they were just chatting away. Her attention obviously was not on me-the customer- She made put the eyelashes in too thick and they looked horrible and felt heavy on my face. I paid her or whatever but i made sure i told her that the service was terrible and i was not happy with the service. I pulled every individual lash off of my face IN THE PARKING LOT. Hopefully she sees this comment and will be a little more accommodating to her clients in the future But i will never go back here and i will continue to tell all of my friends in the area about this terrible service and recommend that they go ANYWHERE else but here.

Peter did a wonderful job on my nails. I went in for an acrylic overlay on my own nails. He got right to work and it took him maybe 45 minutes from start to finish. Found them here on Google and glad I listened to the reviews. Plus they are open on Sundays, works best for my schedule and last minute decision to get my nails done. Why you may ask do I only give 4 stars then. 1: I almost never give a full 5, I'm an ass like that. 2: They use nail drills. I knew this going in, most places do unless you wanna play big bucks for someone who hand files. 3: Today there were all males working and they had basketball on TV, again no big deal. Great job, and if I decide to keep up with overlays I will definitely go back here.

I was a regular client, and really liked the way my nails looked. Then the nail tech that did my nails went on a month trip; two days after my nails we're done the feel polished had peeled off my nails so I called up and they told me because she was out of town no one would"work for free" so I would have to pay?! What!!!!??? My nails look terrible and I just had them done and bc someone is out of town which is out of my control I'm screwed?! That's totally not good customer service!!!! Time to find a new shop!
