I started going to Bellagio when it first opened. I was impressed by the owner at the time, Mike. I explained to him that I was looking for a salon that was clean, up to date and relaxing. For awhile, it was that. Mike and his girlfriend disappeared, unexpectedly, and some new people took over. They were very nice, but soon things began to change. Their little girl was always there, laying on the one couch for customers to sit and wait. Nobody else could sit down. Then she was always bugging customers. Soon, they mysteriously disappeared too. A new couple came along and they had two young children in there doing the same thing. Very frustrating and not relaxing. The last straw came when I went in and the gentleman doing my nails used the same burrs and files he used on someone else. The place was dirty. Floors weren't clean and kids were screaming and out of control. I won't go back. Found me a new salon.

I have been here multiple times. They are wonderful. The staff is very friendly and my nails always look and wear amazingly.

Oh my goodness, they are so sweet and so kind. They are very attentive as to making sure it is done well and you are happy. I've gone all over the valley getting pedicures and finding a place I enjoy most. I think this will be my regular place, they are so amazing. Thank you.

Nothing special. Pedicure was just one coat of nail polish, even though I brought my own. Edges of nails were left unpolished. Staff was nice enough, but I don’t think I’ll return.
