They are horrible. I went for my first time to get dip powered nails... and I get this guy who obviously didn’t know what he was doing he asked me if I need a fill... I’m like what no the lady next to him goes remove then add powder... he was confused had no idea what he’s doing... then as he’s doing my nails he’s being ruff then he goes on and cuts my finger didn’t apologize then he re did the dip like 4 times and ruined them they look HORRIBLE!!! I’m so pissed getting your nails done isn’t cheap ladies so for them to be messed up just ruins your whole mood. After I get in my car I go back in talk to the lady in charge told me to come back and they will fix well I get off of work early and I called her first thing to get them fixed and she goes too late we are busy come another day... are you kidding me ?! I took off early to come in.. I’m never coming to them again there customer service sucks and so do they..

I gave this place a couple tries and it just depends on who you get..yes some of them do give you a nightmare experience but most of the time it comes out great! maybe their boss fired all of their terrible people!

Walked in to get a pedicure and Johnny gave me one of the best pedicures I'VE EVER HAD!!! Excellent customer service!!!!

Very rude customer service came in to fix one Broken nail I had done in another salon but decided to stop here because it was closer to home and the lady told me I needed a whole new set. I had just got my new set done a week and a half ago. She explained to me my nails were looking old and were not going to match my broken nail so I agreed to a whole new set. A week later two of my nails broke so I came back in to get them fixed and the lady told me she didn’t have the same glitter at that salon which I had just got done there, she then started asking me how to do the nail design. She was extreamly rude and rushing to finish. I asked for coffin tips and received share tips. They are over priced for poor services.
