1 star = - 50 stars. The absolute WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon...and I had another one here years ago (tried to give it another chance).
Don't bother making an appt for 2 so you can get a pedi with a friend. They sat us 2 chairs apart with someone between us and my pedicure was done before anyone even started my friend's. The guy didn't listen to our very clear instructions of what services we were ordering and supposedly did what was the most expensive pedicure (we find out at payment time)...even though it seemed very basic and didn't even include the things a standard pedicure does. They tried to charge us $15 extra and then argued with us for 15 minutes, telling us we are wrong, as we tried to explain that they didn't listen to us about what we wanted. The woman in charge was an absolute witch and even called my friend a horrible human being! They don't understand enough English and could care less about good customer service. They didn't use sterilized instruments and also did a poor job in general. After 10 minutes of trying to just submit to their idiocy and give them our money, she finally ran the card and we got kicked out and banned lol.
We aren't diva's and barely ever go treat ourselves to things like this, this was just such an awful experience that it warrants complaining.

Awesome job. Fixed my nails that were jacked up made them look like a brand new set!!

Got my eyebrows and lip waxed and the lady rushed through it. She rushed through plucking my eyebrows as well, so she pinched my skin multiple times. When I got into my car I noticed that I had a lot of hair still on my eyebrows. I went with my friend and we had a conversation about how much we paid.. I paid $25 and she paid $14... FOR THE SAME THING. Turns out when the lady said "$12 each" she meant "$12 each person" whereas I took it as "$12 for lip and eyebrows" she then gave me $3 change and I thought, "oh she gave me too much change back," so I gave the lady that did my wax my change as a tip. Turns out I was supposed to get $13 change... so I walked out having been robbed $10. It's just money, so it comes and goes and she can keep her $10, but I highly recommend everyone go somewhere else if they want a quality job with a fair price.

Good service, I love the premium deluxe pedicure, includes soaking with dead salts, mud mask, relaxing massage, is great

Friendly!? I don't think so. I was going here because they are cheap and close to my house but every time I went in there she would try to talk me out of what I wanted to do to my nails. The last time they will ever get my money was when I got my eyebrows done and they burned my forehead and eyelids and instead of apologizing and getting me some ice she said something to her sister in there language and walked away. I couldn't believe the way they treated me. But I guess that's what I get for going there because it's cheap!
