The staff is very friendly. They are professional and you will leave the place looking like a diva, they can do your hair, nails and wax. I love going there, it is always relaxing, especially when they have wine. Would definitely recommend it.

I went into this salon just after it opened because it has a very convenient location for me. I had been letting my hair grow for Locks-of-Love and finally decided that it was time to cut it when I was able to sit on it. I made my appointment and had to wait over an hour as she did a million other things, and finally started on me. She loved the idea of donating my hair (in fact there was another worker who had just recently done the same) so when I gave her the rubber band I brought and told her to make the pony tail and make the cut, she told me she was going to separate it into smaller chunks since I had so much hair (I even asked her not to worry so much, but she insisted and even braided each bunch without me asking). She cut my hair chatting all the while nicely, and taking quite a while, but when time came to pay for the hair cut, she informed me that she was going to charge me DOUBLE because it was so much work to divide my hair and put it in braids (WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST). So I wound up paying her so that I could do something nice for someone else. I didn't want to make a scene, so I just paid it and left, but BEWARE!!!!! She was very sneaky about trying to do more without mentioning anything about a dime and later charging MORE for something I didn't want.
