I live in NJ, and I went to DN Nail Spa because I was visiting my sister and was desperate to get my nails done since all salons are still closed in NJ. I was SO happy with the result and service. I walked in for my appointment and the salon was super clean, beautiful, and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were exactly on time for my appointment and my nails look incredible. I got acrylic gel tips, and my eyebrows waxed. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend going here. If I ever need my nails done in Ohio again, I will definitely be going back.

This was my first time going to this place very nice and clean. When we walked in no one said anything to us which was very unprofessional when it was my time to get my nails done the first thing I asked her was if longer nails cost extra she told me no. She asked what shape I wanted I said coffin she said that's 10$ extra.. I said fine, then when she started to cut my nail she didn't even ask if I was ok with the length she just cut it I told her I would like them longer and she told me that will be 10$ extra. I was pretty annoyed since she told me it's not extra so she took off my nail and put another on and made that one so much longer, I asked if she could please correct it and that it was way longer and she told me "so" I was very angry when she said this and when I was finished the shape doesn't look coffin and she was very rough with my nails I ended up paying 90$. I have had better nails with designs on my nails that we're only 55.

Been here twice before, the first time was great other than being pricey but hey you pay for good service! The second time we waited quite a while, but waited hoping for the same service from the previous visit. Overall was great, so then now for a third time I called too make an appointment for the evening. Well when we arrived all the nail techs were busy and people waiting, as I signed in I let the tech know we were both there for an appointment and sat down. After waiting 20 or so minutes after appointment one tech finished up and proceeded too seat the next client on the list, we asked again we have an appointment and how much longer. She said that they were running behind on appointments, like really and you couldn't tell us this????&?#?# Anyway, long story short we left due too their inability too honer appointment time nor communicate a wait time period. Was planning too get fill ins with designs, pedicures and eyebrows! But it's all good, I'll kindly take my money elsewhere. Not with this type of customer service, a simple bit of communication could have saved them some loyal long term customers! They do a good Job, but if your looking for your appointments to be on time and honored, as well as great customer service this is not the place!

I called literally on my way to this place and asked if they take walk ins for me and my two daughters . The lady who answered said yes ! And to come in . We got there and was rejected service . She said they were really busy but there was only 4 people sitting and getting their nails done . I didn’t like how I actually called for availability and when I got there I was denied service ! I will not return . We took our mani and pedi money else where

Never ever ever do they respect anyone's time. I as well as several friends have been coming here as it's close to home, for a long time and we have all about had it. We make appointments for a reason. We are all busy. If you dont respect appointment times then you show your customers they don't matter! This is exactly how businesses fail and bad news spreads faster than good! Lastly, the price for the same services is different every time. Seriously? Very strange.
