I normally go and love my nails . Today I guess just wasn’t the day . I simply asked for the polish off and got ugly nails and for them to be cut short just a little like normal. She hurt my finger while doing it because she was upset that she cut my nails . Even though I said three times what I wanted .Just to say my nails are real and they mean something to me within my culture. I’ve been crying all day because it took me so long to grow them not to mention I don’t like fake nails.

This place was really good I got acrylics and my friend did the gel and she loved it we also got our eyebrows waxed and we convinced her fiancé to get it done too.

Do NOT go to this facility for SNS. Not only did they have to redo my nails twice, but the lady cut my fingers up and destroyed my natural nails. I've NEVER had such a horrifying service in my life. They try to convince you to get only services they know how to do and avoid what you come in for. Gel and SNS are clumpy and not formed to cuticles. I was there for 4 HOURS for a simple gel polish on toes and SNS on fingers. While I was there I counted 30 flies flying around and landing on everything. The tech, myself, chairs, tools... everything! That's just the ones I could count. I honestly have no idea on how this facility is still open.

I got a manicure and my skin around my nails was cut all over. They are still sore 3 days later. Instead of cleaning the blood off, Ann just painted over it. I even had polish on my fingers. She lied to me saying they didn't have rhinestones and they didn't do them. That was a flat out lie!! Because I said, it's ok, I'll just get some when I'm out later AND she all of a sudden got some out of her drawer! She asked how I wanted them & I told her. She proceeded to put them on a different way. Her way I guess 🤷 No, I didn't say anything because I didn't want to cause a scene. I just will not go back there!

Finally, I asked for a manicure and a fillin and not one of the salons in Lagrange acted as they didn't understand what I wanted so I went to this salon and they were great, so now I hope to have a new salon. Thank you for your understanding.
