Today was my 1st visit to Platunum nails. I was not impressed. I walked in at open, 930a, I was greeted happily and given a pedicure chair to sit it. That is where I waited for 35min while other people were helped before me, that came in after me. I was told by a man, I can assume was the owner, that his employees are always late. When the employees did show up to start my pedicure, it felt rushed and my nail polish was put on poorly very streaky. Many other people were waiting to get manicure and pedicures. I won't be going back, I was hoping to find a place closer to my house with better quality but Platinum nails is not that place.

Newly remodeled and new chairs! Looks and feels good. They do a good job but I would bring my own paint to any nail salon.

They are awesome! I'm a big guy and the chairs were great for me and my smaller sized wife. Pedicure's are well priced and worth it, they really get in there.
