Overall I have always had a really good experience. Tammy and Ann are very professional nail techs.
I told them that I didn't really care for the drill and she put lightly said no worries and removed the dip nails via acetone. I say this because most salons like to use the drill to remove the layer of acrylic. That's not a technique that I care for and have been somewhat chastise at other salons when requesting not to get it.
As I said overall I've had a really good experience they are attentive and pretty timely.

This place is not worth the $. Although the staff are very courteous and friendly the service is mediocre. Very pricey.

Rude! I get my nails done at another facility now since the last time I came to this establishment the powder was entirely too thick and my real nail ended up breaking when removing it(which has never happened to me before). I came in for a pedicure since my nails were already done.They began asking me how much I paid,making faces, asking where I got them done,and laughing while speaking their native language. More start coming out the back and stopping what they were doing to look at my nails and start whispering to each other. They started acting funny towards me since I didn’t get the manicure from them.Long story short, I won’t be going back to this facility again. I’ve been coming here for a while now so they have lost a valuable customer.

The first experience was great however the experience yesterday was far from it. The lady who gave me the pedicure gave me a half ass pedicure. I watched this lady literally do a lazy job. They won’t get another dime. They literally catered to this irate woman sitting next to me and I had to ask for something to drink. It’s a no go for me.

Not sure how long I'm been coming to Cedar Hill Nails, but this is the ONLY place I'll go to get my nails done!! I've also only go to Cindy. They are all great, but I absolutely love her! Clean and professional salon. I'm a customer for life!
