Never had a bad experience at Michael’s Nails! Maya, Michael, and their staff have always been so welcoming and have always given wonderful customer service! I’ve never left disappointed!

The customer service here is amazing! Always been treated very nicely and have always had great nail service from acrylic to pedicures. Also, they were always willing to fix my nails if they ever got messed up after I left the salon. I have tried all the nail salons in Greenville and since I found Michaels I have never been anywhere else!

I entered the spa was asked to pick a color. After I picked the color I sat in a chair and waited. One technician finished and went to the back. Another tech came to the front and took a client that just walked in with no appointment. I decided to leave which may have been what they wanted.

Would not recommend anymore. I used to love this place but lately I feel like they just hire employees to just keep the business running. They don't even care about what you're asking or even want done!
I got the older lady again and this is the 3 time I've gotten her. She doesn't even listen to you when you tell her you want your nails cut down. You'll tell her 3 times and then near the end of the service when you ask again, she'll ask why you didn't tell her?!?! Well if you would actually pay attention to the customer instead of talking to your coworkers, you'd know I asked several times. Her pedicures are mediocre. She doesn't cut any cuticles and barely massages your legs. You just feel rushed the entire time.
This used to be my favorite place but not anymore. It's really a hit or miss depending on who you get for your service. I would advice people to either ask for Michael or his wife or the two younger girls. They are the best here.

DO NOT GO. This was the worse nail experience I’ve ever had . All I went in for was a color change, the guy doing my nails came up to me while I was picking my color trying to to convince me to get my nails done. After a good two minutes of that he then tried to rush me to pick a color, following me as I looked . The paint job was decent, not great, but decent . Then I messed up my big toe . Instead of fixing it he just painted over it. He then tried to help me put my other shoe on and messed up my OTHER toe. He decided that was worth fixing I guess, and started the toe from scratch. Tell me why the one he took time to fix, looked worse than the one he just painted over. Never coming back . I’m only giving two stars because there was no wait and the place was clean.
