I came in to get my nails done with my mother in law. We both got a manicure and a pedicure. First of all when we walked in they just looked at us like we were in the wrong place. Then they told us to sign out names and then argued with who would work on us. When the women finished my pedicure she rounded my toe nails and a few days later it gave me an ingrown toenail. When she did my acrylics, I showed her a picture of a simple French tip. She asked if I wanted them as long as the picture and then made rude comments on how long they are because I she said they would scratch my baby. When she finished they didn’t look like the picture at all and they were very thick and messy. I later took them off and did them again myself and they looked way better. First picture is the reference picture, the thicker nails are the ones I received and the lighter background picture with thinner tips are the ones I did on my own. If I have to pay $100 + I expect my nails to come out better then when I can do myself. Definitely do not recommend this salon.

Today is the worst service ever! I just want to relax and pamper that’s it I don’t care if nails is gel or regular! I got deluxe combo mani/pedi From the start I said I don’t want gel. And this lady NT (shoulder length haircut, brown wavy hair, she’s wearing a blue/light grey or white sweater with half moon, & reindeer design in her sweater & floral mask and 🤓 this lady is maybe in her late 40s) anyway I said NO to gel I just want my nails clean that’s it, this lady said it won’t last I already know it’s my choice and it doesn’t matter! She started the service with roughed, i can feel that she is not happy im her customer the way she pulled my legs and toe, but I managed to stay calm, with our saying anything until it get done! I waited and stayed she continued being roughed to my legs and hands! She even made a mistake applying the polish to the point she needs to redo it and the polished result is junked! To thank her I still give her a tips $10 after all my experience today. I just come here occasionally and other nail tech ladies are nice.

They were very nice. Sally is awesome. She did pretty much exactly what i wanted. I showed her 2 different pictures of what i wanted and she put the 2 into one flawlessly and she's pretty quick but also takes her to time in making sure every nail is perfect. She also is very good with not hurting my fingers eith the machine as well as the hand file. I also enjoyed the fact that she interacts with best clients, small talk story, not just talk to hart co workers the whole time. I give Mililani Nail Tek 5 stars and i will be coming back soon. My favorite nail place in mililani. My nail tech is always nice and they always do a good job. They take cash for tips though so keep that in mind

Pretty much the worst nail salon I have ever been to. My daughter and I came here yesterday. I wanted to get a basic manicure for my daughter and acrylic nails with gel polish for myself. We walked in and there were no customers. The lady who was sitting on one of the pedicure chairs asked if she can help us without getting up. I told her that I wanted to get a manicure for my daughter and I. She then says to sign in so I do. After we sign in she starts calling I guess to other workers. It sounds like they’re all arguing about who had to work. Idk that’s what it felt like. We finally get seated and they proceed with the manicure. They ask if I wanted to get gel nail polish for my daughter since it lasts longer and I say ok. Never mentions anything about it charging more. The guy who worked on me was super rough and drilled away till it started really hurting. The drill at one point came off my nail and on my actual hand. The procedure seemed so rushed and half hearted. I chose the color earlier but when it came time to put on the color it was a few shades darker than the one I had picked. He had already done a few nails at that point but the damage was done so I decided just to let it go so I could get out of there. My nails were also much longer than I wanted them to be. When he initially asked how long I said I needed them short because I type a lot. He showed me the length and I approved it but when I looked later all the other nails were much longer. After we were done he pretty much rushed out to go smoke almost not even getting his tip. The bill came out to $99 and some change. Way more than I was expecting to pay for my daughter and I. No breakdown was given. We were in a hurry to leave as we had other plans so I just paid the bill and left but completely felt gipped. My nails still hurt today a day later and one feels a bit wobbly. My daughter’s nails look fine and she was happy with hers hence the two stars instead of a one star rating. Overall I would not recommend coming here and I will definitely not be returning. I will gladly find a place that actually wants my business and can do it right.
