I hate to have to write this review. The customer service at MV nails seems to get worse every time I go. This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done by not after tonight. My boyfriend and I arrived tonight at around 7:10. I signed us in, picked out my color, then went to chat with some friends who were also getting their nails done. At 7:30, the owner finally looks at the sign in sheet, and has one of the other workers tell us "You know we close at 7 right?". I said "Well, we can leave.", and it was all but said that we had to. The woman was very rude and condescending the whole time. They must have recently changed their hours because I have gone at 7:00 many times and have never been told to leave. Then after we left, the worker there proceeded to tell our friends we were talking to that they didn't know we wanted a service because we "just came in and sat right down". It was not our fault that they did not look at their sign in sheet. They were incredibly rude about the whole situation. They have lost my business forever.
Edit: it is July 2018 now. I left that review over a year ago. I recently gave this shop another chance. I got a full set on Thursday, but Saturday a nail had popped off. I got it fixed Monday. Today is WEDNESDAY and another nail has come off. TWO NAILS HAVE POPPED OFF IN UNDER A WEEK. This is ridiculous. They refused to give me a refund. One nail, I understand, BUT TWO? In under a week? That tells me I got a faulty job. Never going back.

Excellent service and clean. Go out of there way to make sure you are happy. Better make appt if you dont want to wait! They are popular because of their excellent work!

Me and my daughter have had an excellent experience with this place. We love the customer service and the employees always are friendly and make sure we are comfortable and satisfied with our services.

MV Nail Salon is the absolute best nail salon I've ever been to. I have been twice and had an excellent experience both times. The first was a gel mani and pedicure. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. You have a choice of different scents and even came with a hot stone massage! Plus you can add paraffin wax for only $5! They did my gel mani at the same time and I was very happy with the results. The second time I went was just for an SNS mani (which they tried to talk me into the first time and I regret not doing). The SNS has stayed perfect. Which is a feat considering even gel peels off my nails within a week. Both times I have went, there was no wait, but it was early on a Saturday morning. Everyone has always been super nice, helpful, and never made me feel uncomfortable. I HIGHLY recommend going here and will happily drive 30 minutes to MV Nail Salon.

I work in Commerce & I've tried everywhere around here, but this is the best place to get your nails done! They would absolutely get 5 stars if their customer service didn't leave something to be desired. After all these years of getting my nails done and so many places who just mess my nails all up I'm over trying to find somewhere who does good nails AND has good customer service. They do great with nail services and customer service is what it is.
