I normally have a great experience at this salon. Today was the total opposite. The tech rushed through my pedicure and I had to come home and correct her mistakes. I sat down after the girl beside me (who was well into her pedicure) and I was done within about 15 minutes.Note that I was getting a gel polish. I had to ask the tech to finish my cuticles and she had no interest in my pedicure at all. She used the nail file on only the first two toes on each foot. And don’t even ask about the foot scrub. It was a joke. Next time I will be sure to make an appointment with a tech who knows what to do. I’m not even sure if I will be going back.

I had such a good experience getting my eyebrows waxed that I came back with my daughter later the same day. The technician was on her way out and came back inside just to do my daughter’s eyebrows. It was her first time getting them waxed and they look fantastic! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience today. I will definitely be back in the future.

I literally just left this establishment, as usual I come get my pedicure and manicure done, last time I had an older lady do my nails and I didn’t like the turn out but I went with it I said oh well that’s fine today I came in asked for someone else they gave me the same person, I get it I should’ve made an appointment but clearly the woman who did my nails today again didn’t do them to my liking I kept trying to tell her that they were not don’t straight and or one had more color than the other! I paid 113$ and still have spots of my older nail polish! 😔 while washing my hands she came up to me a said I fix next time? Like ugh!

I received a pedicure Saturday evening. I arrived at 5:45, closing was not until 7pm. The tech cut my skin multiple times with the drill while removing my gel polish, rushed my pedicure, the massage and hot stone massage was so fast and painful I couldn’t enjoy it, the tech took the hot stones and rubbed them very hard against my ankle bones, I specifically asked for the arch of my foot to be massaged and the tech never touched my arch. After that his wife did the gel polish. I got home that evening and the bottom of my foot began to hurt. I have a 2 inch cut on the bottom of my foot, and the gel polish was already coming off my big toe. Sunday I returned to the nail spa to inform them of the cut and the gel polish. Both the tech, his wife, and the owner basically called me a liar about the cut on my foot and stated nothing they do would have cut me. They did not offer a refund, a gift certificate or anything. They continued to deny that the cut in my foot was caused by their business. The lady did redo my toe that was already coming off. While polishing my toe she states “next time come back ask for Hannah, not man, man not do good on women.” No worries, I will not be back.

From the very moment I walked into Fashion Nails & Spa I was welcomed and treated kindly by Hannah and Jenny. Jenny did my manicure and pedicure and did a wonderful job. As a man and retired veteran, my feet aren’t the best because of many years of wearing boots. Jenny handled me with care and didn’t make me feel bad whatsoever. My manicure was well needed and she brought them back to life! Thanks again Jenny and you have a new customer!
