I like Penneys!! Online or in store, they always have what I need and at a great price. It's even better when you are a rewards member. When you buy, you collect points and then earn $$ to use at the store!

The Portrait Studio is out of this world. The ladies did their absolute best on our pictures. I never buy the extra pictures, this time I bought the whole digital album. This is the best photo studio we've been to. I didn't feel rushed (Target) and I didn't get stiffed on products (picture people). We've been to a lot of studios since my baby was born, but this was the best. Outstanding, wish I could give them a 10 instead of 5.

Giving up on Penny's. Use to be good. Guessing it won't be long until the whole chain just closes shop.

1. I tried 3 times to call this store to talk to management, but their phone system is just as a dysfunctional mess as the rest of the store. The menu options don't include management and pressing any other option didn't work either. And instead of selecting any option you can choose to just wait for someone. I did that also, twice, and their phone system ended the call both times.
2. They charged my giftcard for a purchase and then the cashier said it didn't go through and that I was supposed to call the number on the gift card later, which I just now did. So, I paid cash for the belt. The card's customer service said that the card WAS successfully used for that purchase. That means I paid TWICE! The Penny's cashier was exceptionally nice and I know it wasn't intentional. Before that, I had gone from one cashier on one side of the store to the other (three times) and it looked like the wait would be very very long even with only one or two ahead of me. I spent fro 5:15 pm to 5:40 pm just trying to pay for the belt! Another 15 min with the gift card cs and another several minuets writing this.
3. Something has happened to Penny's. I bought shirts at Penny's Stores for years. A shirt I bought last year was on sale for about $15. Now those shirts are as much as "$50" and then they reduce it to give you a fake sales price. Just how stupid do they think we are?!
