Jane was a real cutie and was so sweet to me! She kept asking if I was comfortable, if anything was hurting, etc. the nails look super cute too.
However the only reason why I put 4/5 was because the service felt pretty rushed. I was only in there for 30 minutes including a 5 minute wait time.
I think that they overbooked themselves and continued to take walk ins (myself included.
I completely understand though as someone who used to work commission and clientele based that sometimes it’s best to overbook yourself than be under or to have clients no show.

Nails don’t last long, workers show attitude for no reason, it’s been 10 days and my nail got ripped off and came back to fix it up , charged me like 10$ and it’s not even correct

I’ve been going to this place for almost a decade, had my nails done(paid $40. plus tip) next day my gel polish had bubbled up. Then it started lifting off my nails, on my day off work I went to get them fixed/polished over again charging me $30. for their mess up. I will not be returning to this place anymore and I do not recommend.

Went for Mother’s Day and it was horrible. They did not do at all what I asked for. Made the side of my toes bleed and my nails. I went to get a pedi and a mani. My pinky and my middle finger were in pain for two days!! Every time I washed my hands it burned! Did not get what I asked for and was overly charged !! Save to say, I will not be going back! Horrible experience!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, argued with me about my eyebrows and made me pay and walk off looking a hot mess with 2 uneven eyebrows. Told me the reason why they looked the way they do is because I didn’t have any to start with. DO NOT GO HERE. They are money hungry and under skilled. I wish I would’ve read the reviews.
