I have been going to Jan to have my hair done for YEARS. She is the only person I trust to do my hair now.
I recently made the mistake of going to someone else to get my hair colored, since I don't live in Greeneville anymore and it's not as convenient for me to go to Jan anymore, and that person almost RUINED my hair! I went to Jan almost in tears after that, and she was able to lift enough of the the solid black color that I hated to give me the rich, dark brown color that I had originally wanted the other girl to color it! And she used very gentle products for the procedure, so the damage to my hair was very minimal, if there was any at all.
I would recommend anyone, of all ages, to go to Jan. I can guarantee you will be happy with the results, and she's always a pleasure to be around!
