Rated # 1 Worst nail salon in America. The ppl here don’t have no idea how to do nails or simple pedicure. Went here today my nails came out terrible, complete rush job. They didn’t file my nails, didn’t compare them after the cut down, they were all different shapes🤦♀️. Look like an 5 yr old did my nails. This shop is also using fake photos from other nail shops posting them as their own. Plagiarism much?

*NAIL TECH THEFT ALERT*
The Nail Tec Stole My $30.00 When Ask To View The Camera, She Then Stated It Wasn't Working. She Started Messing With Her Phone (MAYBE TO EDIT THE PART OUT OF HER STEALING MY MONEY, ALL SURVELIENCE IS OPERATED OVER THE PHONE) so she say! Which was strange there was still no way of her showing me the video. after receiving the run around and the fact she still couldn't show me the video, I went to the police station to file a report. I don't care if it was just $30.00 The Fact That I Come Here All The Time, And I Put My Trust In Them To Turn Around In Steal My Hard Working Money. Really Hurt My Feelings, You Really Cant Trust Nobody!
I LOVE THE WAY THEY DO NAILS BUT I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE A DAY IN MY LIFE!!!!! SMH

HORRIBLE SERVICE! MY NAILS WERE CROOKED WASNT THE SHAPE PROPERLY. THE WORKERS WERE BEYOND RUDE AND ONLY TALKED AMONG THEMSELVES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS IN THEIR LANGUAGE. THE “MANAGER” SHE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE THAT TITLE WAS SO RUDE. SHE WOULD NOT CORRECT THE ISSUES OF MY NAILS. I REQUESTED REFUND BECAUSE I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICE THIS HORRIBLE. ALL OF THE NAIL TECHS TRIED TO GANG UP ON ME BUT IN THEIR LANGUAGE. THE ACYLIC IS SO THICK AND BULKY. THEY CHARGED ME $36 FOR THIS GARBAGE. POLISH AND ACRYLIC IS ON MY CUTICLES UNDER MY NAILS. THE COLOR I REQUESTED FROM THE CHOICE OF POLISH IS NOT THE COLOR THEY USED. THEIR POLISH WAS DRIED OUT AND THEY STILL USED IT. I CALLED AND CALLED TRYING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE AND THEY ALL STARTED LAUGHING ON THE PHONE AND SPEAKING THEIR LANGUAGE. I WENT TO MY REGULAR NAIL SALON WHICH ARE ALSO CHINESE, THEY SAID WOW WHO THE HELL DID THIS TO YOUR NAILS? AND SAID THEY HAD PEOPLE TALK ABOUT FIRST NAILS AND SAID I SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT WITHOUT PAYING. ALSO MY NAIL TECH SAID WHOEVER DID MY NAILS DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. ITS A SHAME THIS NAIL SHOP SHOULD CLOSE DOWN WITH THE REST OF THE MALL. ITS BARELY ANY STORES IN THAT MALL ANYWAYS. IM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. I HAD TO PAY AGAIN FOR THE TREMENDOUS MISTAKE FIRST NAILS MADE. I CONTACTED THE BBB AND THEY WILL BE IN TOUCH. WHOEVER IS READING THIS REVIEW DO NOT GO HERE. I WOULDNT EVEN LET THEM TRIM MY DOGS NAILS.
