This was not the best place I have been to. I got white coffin acrylic nails and the male that did them was very nice but he did not file the nails evenly, also the color was not on the sides of the nail not the top. I do not recommend getting acrylic nails done by them. Also my sister got gel and the filing was also very uneven.😔

The tech I request always does an amazing job on my nails. I like how thorough she is and I never use anyone else. I've never gotten a pedi from them before. I would definitely recommend for a mani.

I walked in on July 16 to just have a broken nail repaired. My regular nail tech was closed and wouldn't reopen for several days and I didn't want to walk around with one broke nail. There were 3 workers and only 2 customers. I was greeted immediately, but when asked what I needed done and I showed them my broken nail....the older lady said,"we cant fix, we dont have time!" Mind you, the shop would still be open for another 5 hours. Not only was she rude, but made me feel very uncomfortable! And THAT IS THE REASON I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!! Pretty rude! I understand nail techs not wanting to work over someone else's work, but as a paying customer ITS THERE JOB!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went in to get a simple manicure and pedicure and one of the older ladies that did my nails was just absolutely horrible and did a disgusting job. The pedicure was just weak she did not cut my nails straight they were crooked and I asked her to fix it and her response was “no it’s not crooked it’s just the angle you are seeing it from” like NO, I’m the customer if I say it’s crooked it’s because it’s crooked and all you have to do is file it even...
Now for the worst part the manicure. I was already annoyed and worried to have her even do my manicure as well but I decided to bite my tongue and let her continue on with her job. When it came to the gel polish she painted all over my skin and cuticles and didn’t even clean up my edges and just through me into the light for it to dry. I looked at my hands and told her can you please clean the edges and all she did was try to scratch off the gel and all it was doing was hurting my skin so I told her to FORGET IT. She had the audacity to ask “do you like them” I looked away and stood quiet. The manger who is supposedly the only one in the salon that can actually do nails correctly told me he was going to fix my toes and he did. He then sent me over to another lady to fix my manicure. The lady only painted over what I already had and expected me to be happy with the results I just stood up and walked away. I still paid and everything. Once I left the salon not even 10 minutes later my manicure started to chip off. I called the salon and told the manger and he said to come in so he can fix it but honestly at that point I didn’t want anyone from that salon touching me anymore I had the worst experience ever! I asked him for a refund and he agreed to refund me to come in the next day. I came in the next day and he only refunded me $10 out of $73 I spent in that salon miserable and just complaining the whole time. THEY SUCK AND THEY DONT CARE IF THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB! JUST KNOW THEY WILL NOT REFUND WHATEVER MONEY YOU SPEND WITH THEM.

Absolutely loved my nails. Very pleased with my nails every time I go.
