I've given this place quite a few chances over the past few years but I'm done. I have had a lot of bad (worse) experiences with Regal Nails but this is my most recent:
I had a gel polish manicure a couple of days ago, done by Tiffany. It looks terrible (if I had the equipment I could have done better) and the UV light dryer had a ton of old nail dust in it that kept falling onto my nails as they were drying and Tiffany would see it while she was applying another coat, pause, and keep painting. When I pointed it out she insisted they were like that because I was hitting the inside of the dryer (I wasn't). One of them was especially bad and she asked if I wanted her to redo it and I said yes and she squeezed my finger very tightly the whole time and every time I put my hand in the dryer she leaned over to look inside and make sure I wasn't touching the sides (I wasn't).
The polish isn't even, thicker in spots and very thin in others, and doesn't cover all of the nail on a lot of my fingers. Which she said was because I didn't get fake nails??
Unless you're getting your nails done by the younger looking guy there, I recommend going almost anywhere else.

Me and my friend wanted to get our nails done. We walked in and the guy was talkative and very welcoming we picked colors paid then my friend sat with a different short bald headed guy he started and about 5 minutes later a girl started with me she was very rough didn’t talk at all and was talking to people around her different customers she said one thing to me the whole time “do you bite your nails” my friend started first and finished later the guy got glue all over her hand and didn’t talk at all she sat there looking stupid aren’t the people supposed to start conversations with us well the didn’t and overall the nails look ok but the service was not so great I recommend going if you don’t like talking and being cheerful they do good just don’t give much excitement

Tina and Van are no longer in Walmart!!!!! They have their own shop in Central Park by Plato’s Closet!!!!!! IM SO HAPPY I FOUND HER!!!!!!! The workers in Walmart would not tell me where she’s located!! BUT I FOUND HER!! I’m so happy!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone stop by and show my girl some love!!!!!!

Took my friend here to get her nails done. Had a lovely experience by Lisa, the serve was great and the staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend the pedicure scrubs.

Vance did such a great job on my nails! Every time I come I’m greeted with a smile. All the nail techs are sweethearts!
