They did an awesome job on my nails and eye brows. It been a long time since I have found a company that can do designs and not mess up my eyebrows. If I could up load picture I would show you how awesome they are. Also the customer service you receive is warm and spectacular I found my forever nail salon.

Will never recommend friends or family to Diamond Nails. My dear friend want me to go to her nail salon. First, It's Unacceptable to tell me what to get with my money. I had money and I work hard for it. I wanted my eyebrows and a ped. She did my eyebrows and was really bossy. Tell me other things I needed to get and I needed to pay and extra $5 for the $28 package and not the $23 package I wanted and I would not pay extra so I didn't get a pedicure and I told my friend I was leaving and will never go back. To me that is BAD Customer Service. I guess you have so many customers that you don't care how you treat new customers and old customers. I problem wasn't important to you, but I'm important to someone and I have a awesome salon they treats me like the Queen I'm. Your loss Diamond Nails you have lost a customer.

Services have really gotten sorry.... They dropped quick dry on my nails and when I say it caused a bubble and messed my nails up it was their fault and they wouldn't even fix it unless I paid again so I had to leave with messed up nails and paint them at home SMH.... Never Will I go back because I've been a customer of to many years and spent to much money with them for them to treat a loyal customer this way
