This was my first time coming into their shop . They greet me with respect ,I waited 20 minutes to be seated. A young man and a lady was arguing about her nails being wrong, he was cursing her out yelling at her and she was being calm about it she said she just wanted her nails to be off ,he was saying no and wanted her to leave . I thought wow this my first time here ,there customer service is terrible . I honest feel like things could've went different ,he didn't have to curse her out & call her "ghetto & broke " he could've just took her nails off if she was unsatisfied. I will be coming here for the second time because they young lady who did my toes did an amazing job .

The guy name Brian was rude to me. I asked for a specific color acrylic and he had an attitude. Once I told him about me not being happy. He disregarded my complaints . still expected me to pay full price. The nails were horrible and he didn't file them or shape them. Smh

I just love Brian! He is very nice and knows what he is doing. He’s very creative.

If i could, i would post pics of my nails. they aren’t bad but could’ve been better. i got very short french tips & there’s bubbles in my nails & the tiniest piece of black hair in one nail. believe got charged twice on they atm machine for the service of using it so gotta dispute that. called ahead for price and still got up charge.

I called them and asked are they open on Sundays. The young lady over the phone told me yes and to come in at 11am. No one ever showed up. Also the guy that work at the store next door said they play all day and open up whenever they feel like it regardless if you have an appointment or not
