I made an appointment for today at 4pm with my mother in law and my sister in law and we all had an amazing experience there, they are very friendly and they know what they are doing. Maybe the people with bad reviews weren’t having a bad day or simple did have a bad experience but we didn’t they were all respectful, nice, funny , and friendly! I would most definitely come back again and recommend to friends and family !

I usually never have problems coming here as they are one of my top favorites to come to. My last visit on Monday made me change my mind about choosing to come here. We came in at 5:00-5:30ish, waiting about an hour and a Half to be treated. By this time they were close to closing and rushed through the whole thing. When asked for a manicure, they completely skipped most of the routine in order to finish faster. In addition to this, as we were waiting for our nails to dry under the UV light, we asked if they could turn it on for a couple of minutes so our nails wouldn't get ruined on our way out. They insisted it was on, clearly the lights were not on and they continued to rush us out the door. As more people showed up they rudely said "come back again tomorrow". Not pleased this time, will not be coming back.

Rude!!! Super rude, don't care about the customers at all!! I asked for stilletto nails and they looked at me like i was crazy! $41 for full set with gel and you have no idea about the names of the different type of shapes of nails no thanks!! Dont waste your money or time here ladies!

Paid 55$ and one week later nails are lifting already. Absolute garbage.

So I went in 2 days ago got a fill and then today my nail breaks and another nail started lifting I go in tell them I need my nail fixed at least 2 employees were doing absolutely nothing but I still ended up waiting almost an hour so went I get to the chair I tell the lady about each nail yet she decides she only wants to fix one and she had the worst attitude ever and she was extremely rude as if I asked her to do it for free her attitude was so terrible I literally had to ask for her to stop and let someone else do it the nail she did attempt to fix is most definitely terrible the second girl tried to do a better job but overall listen to their google reviews unfortunately I didn’t look at the reviews until I had to write one if I would’ve looked prior to going I wouldn’t have went.
